Develops and sustains focus on a shared mission and clear vision for improvement of learning and teaching.  Supervises all activity within the local school facility and ultimately responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating the educational program within the school.  Supervises and coaches teachers, support staff and students. Creating a school culture that promotes the ongoing improvement of learning and teaching for students and staff.  Coordinates the school program with district goals, policies, and procedures.  Provides leadership in all areas of instruction.
